Black Sex Link
A very competitive brown egg layer that is mild mannered. Mature hens weigh approximately 4 ½ pounds. Hens are black with varying amounts of reddish-brown feathers on the head, hackle, and breast. Males are black and white barred, similar to a Plymouth Rock, and mature at a heavier weight. Available February through July

Golden Buff Cross
Bred to be high producing, brown egg layer, these calm girls excel in laying. The hens are a buff color and mature around the 4-pound mark. Males are white with buff coloration in their wings and tail. Males finish out at a higher weight and make a tasty fryer. Available February through November

Eagle Nest Easter Eggers
These medium sized pullets are famous for the rainbow variety of colored eggs they lay. The hens also come in a variety of colors and patterns accented by lovely beards and muffs. This is a very popular breed of chicken and the blue, green, and pink eggs are easily marketed.
